This is becoming a tradition. Every year, around the end of November, Jonathan Richman comes to Seattle and he plays at the Tractor, which is nice because the Tractor is on the same street as my building. I just hope I can afford to go this time. It will be the third year in a row that I see Jonathan on my street.
